After we have our initial assessment call to determine if I can help you, this is what you can expect next.

  • Stage 1: Collecting Data

Before beginning assessment and treatment, I ask clients to collect baseline data on sleep habits for 1-2 weeks.

  • Stage 2: Comprehensive Assessment

Next, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment that involves an in-depth sleep history interview.

  • Stage 3: Personalized Treatment Program

From there, I will design a personalized treatment program for you, with your input. Once the program is ready, I will send a written plan to you and give you time to read it over and come up with questions, then we will meet to discuss the program, make changes if needed, and practice how you will implement it.

  • Stage 4: Implementation and Sleep Coaching

When you are ready to implement treatment, I will be available via Zoom/phone for the first several nights of treatment in case questions or problems arise. Following the first few nights of treatment, we will have daily check ins via phone or email for at least 5 days, followed by continued email check ins as long as necessary to maintain the program.
