My approach is based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and I use treatment techniques supported by scientific data. I believe that all children and adults deserve to get a good night’s sleep every night, and that it is possible for anyone to be a healthy sleeper. I will work directly with you as a sleep coach to help you or your child develop positive sleep habits that will lead to a lifetime of good sleep!
