I believe that all children and adults deserve to get a good night’s sleep every night, and that it is possible for anyone to be a healthy sleeper. I will work directly with you as a sleep coach to help you or your child develop positive sleep habits that will lead to a lifetime of good sleep!
I received my Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis in 2015 from Western New England University, where I learned how to assess and treat sleep problems from Dr. Greg Hanley, a leading expert in the field of Behavior Analysis.
