Is your child having difficulty sleeping? Do you want to put an end to the bedtime struggle, middle of the night battles, nightmares, or bed wetting? Let me help you and your whole family sleep better!
I specialize in assessing and treating sleep problems in children with autism and related disorders, as well as typically-developing children over the age of 2.
My approach is based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and I use treatment techniques supported by scientific data. I believe that all children (and their parents) deserve to get a good night’s sleep every night, and that it is possible for all children to be healthy sleepers. I will work directly with you and your child to develop positive sleep habits that will lead to a lifetime of good sleep!
I received my Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis in 2015 from Western New England University, where I learned how to assess and treat sleep problems from Dr. Greg Hanley, a leading expert in the field of Behavior Analysis.
My approach is based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which involves studying behavior and the environment to determine ways to increase desirable behavior and decrease problematic behavior.
